UPPER BLEPHAROPLASTY
$5000

An upper eyelid blepharoplasty addresses excess upper eyelid skin. It can help rejuvenate the upper eyelids by providing more eyelid show and contouring the natural upper eyelid fat. An incision is made and hidden in the natural eyelid crease, and excess skin is removed. The upper eyelid fat can also change with aging and can be contoured at the same time. This is surgery is an outpatient procedure that can be performed in the office at a surgery center.

LOWER BLEPHAROPLASTY
$6000

A lower lid blepharoplasty can address changes in the lower eyelid that can occur with aging or with genetics. Natural eyelid fat can herniate forward due to changes in the skin and soft tissue of the lower lids. This can cause the fat to protrude forward (“hill”). There is also volume loss at the tear trough or lid-cheek junction which creates a “valley” affect. This change in contour of the lower eyelids can make someone appear fatigued or tired. A lower lid blepharoplasty can recontour the “hill” and “valley” to create a more smooth contour. An incision is made through the inside of the eyelid and the natural eyelid fat can be conservatively excised or repositioned into the tear trough.  Excess skin of the lower eyelid can also be removed.  This is an outpatient procedure that is performed at a surgery center.

PTOSIS REPAIR

$4000

Ptosis occurs when the muscles that are responsible for lifting the eyelid up stretch over time. This can make someone appear sleepy or less alert. Ptosis surgery involves tightening the ptosis muscles that are responsible for eyelid height. This is generally done from the inside of the eyelid.  This is surgery is an outpatient procedure that can be performed in the office at a surgery center.

EYEBROW LIFT
(VARIES DEPENDING ON PROCEDURE DETAILS)

The eyebrows and eyelids work as a continuous unit in the face. With aging, lateral eyebrow descent is common. An endoscopic brow lift can help elevate the brow using an incision hidden behind the hair line. Though “lift” is a part of the name, an eyebrow lift should more commonly be referred to as an eyebrow recontouring procedure as generally most patients’ only need the lateral tail of the brow elevated slightly.  This is an outpatient procedure that is performed at a surgery center.
